It all started in my apartment...
I started baking in my tiny apartment kitchen at Clemson University as a way to unwind and reset after my studies. After years of exploring different paths and trying to figure out where I truly fit, I always found myself back in the kitchen- measuring flour, folding dough, and pouring in the same kind of love my Nanna put into everything she made from scratch.
She’s the reason I bake the way I do: slow, simple, and with real ingredients. What began as a personal outlet quickly became something sweeter. I started sharing my treats with friends, family, and anyone willing to try them. The encouragement I received turned a quiet hobby into a passion I couldn’t ignore.
Now that I’ve graduated, I’m leaning into that passion full-time. Biscuit’s Bakery is a tribute to the woman who inspired it all, and a way for me to create and share something meaningful.
